And prepare to announce to all O4Lers in case we cannot retrive our originial domain within 5 days.<br /><br />Optical4less will continue to serve the best to O4Lers. I was working in front of my computer as usual. Yea, I already get used to work at night since I started optical4less . I was checking yesterday's optical4less site log. Suddenly. The most terrible thing in the world happened :<br /><br /><p><img style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/x/blogger/4575/1990/320/208623/nightmare.png" border="0" />It is a nightmare! Domain optical4less.com suddenly expired! What happened?<br />As I remember half years ago. I paid <strong>10 years</strong> of renewal fee (<strong>yes 10 YEARS!</strong>) to my domain name service provider REGISTERFLY.COM extend my domain name until 2016-1-4. </p><p>I quickly checked whois.sc. It shows that the whois info of optical4less.com has been updated. Someone changed the expire date to 2007-1-4!</p><p>In the mean time I was trying to contact REGISTERFLY.COM to understand what was happening.<br />After 2 hours of clicking their '24 horus live chat' I finally got an agent to serve me - 'Mike'<br />Another half hour waiting he said another company , their previous Registrar ENOM.com is holding it and he claims that the renewal server is down for maintaince. !? And told me to contact him again after 24 hours....<br />After 24 hours I contacted Mike again and guess what? He repeated what he said .... another 24 hours down for maintaince...<br />And now. 3 days after. I couldn't even connect their 'live chat' anymore....</p><p>It was sad enough and I feel totally hopeless. In the next 48 hours after the domian expired I could not sleep.<br />I kept finding ways to fix it and keep sending emails / creating support tickets to let registerfly know about my problem .</p><p>But the main point is. I still have no idea what's happening to optical4less.com! May be I'm too stupid to use registerfly.com.....</p><p><br /><br />After 3 years of smooth, fast growing business. My first blog is being created.<br />And sadly. I didn't expected it was created under this situation.<br /><br />I born in hong kong and not an english speaker . So please forgive my bad english.<br /><br />Optical4less was started in 2003 , when I was 23 years old.<br />After 3 years of operating , Night by night of updating web site features, day by day fighting with hackers...etc. Optical4less expand from one staff(me) into now a 17- men company.<br /><br />Everytime when we reach a high record of sales.
